  Actions

  This seems daunting, but it is actually quite easy, and will take about 15 minutes on a bonus play.
  
  After you beat the game you will have costumes unlocked, including the one that will help you with this trophy immensely: the "Spud of War" (makes Kratos looks like a giant baked potato ).
  
  This costumes grants infinite magic. And with a bonus play, you have everything unlocked. You just need to play to the first Basilisk encounter and, once the mini game is promoted ("O" above the giant lizard's head) keep hitting the beast with the Light of Dawn attack. Your magic won't run out, and the boss will continually get his life back, but with a maxed out spell on the lower difficulties a couple of hits will reactivate the mini-game.
  
  Spamming the crap out of that spell got me the trophy in about 15 mins .

  Alternatively, you could just spam the [] button. I just did that and it took me about 6-7 minutes to get the trophy. When the Basilisk climbs on top of the bridge and starts shooting fireballs at you and a O button appears above his front claw, run over to that and spam the [] button. He can't hit you with his fireball attack and as long as you stay in front of his claw and never press O, you can get a 1,000 hit combo in about 6-7 minutes.

  Even easier, just spam Charon's Wrath (R1+Circle), you'll get 1000 hits in about 5 minutes.

  Actions

  During the first level of the game you will come up against the Basilik on the bridge. Continue with the battle until the enemy goes up onto of the bridge with his and prompts you to press on his lowered hand. Just spam on his hand (you will be out of reach of it's attacks) until you reach 1000!
