How to unlock the One for the Books trophy

This will likely be one of the last Trophies you obtain before the Platinum due to how much is required but don't let that bother you, most of it is done naturally.
The Gummiphone's Game Records are split into categories: Combat, Missions, and Minigames, and some of those are further divided subcategories. When a section is complete a gold Mickey icon will appear next to it (they look like Lucky Emblems).

The Combat section consists of Shotlocks, Attractions, and Links.
Attractions and Links are by and far the easiest in this list and are probably going to be used in natural progression. Simply using these 10 powers during any fights throughout your playthrough will complete this section provided you hit at least one enemy with it once you use it.
    Attractions
These abilities are activated with cn_T and are randomly chosen based on the location and enemies you're fighting however, in my experience, the same areas will always provide the same ride so the random factor isn't an issue.
    Mad Tea Cups
    Pirate Ship
    Magic Carousel
    Splash Run
    Blaster Blaze

    Links
Links are used during combat from the Links menu. Selecting a Link will activate it and just like the Attractions you must hit at least one enemy to get credited for using it. You won't have access to these right out the gate, you need to progress through the main story to unlock them all, which I've included below, but the Link for the Pirates world is the only one you don't get automatically.
Meow Wow Balloon; unlocked after the first boss in Twilight Town
8-Bit Blast; beat the Verum Rex minigame in Game Store of the Toy Story world
King’s Flare; after the boss fight halfway through the Monsters Inc world
Plasma Encounter; beat one Flash Tracer course in Big Hero 6 world
Sea Spectacle; after defeating the big fish boss in the undersea cavern, halfway through the Pirates world*.

*You must open the large treasure chest after defeating it otherwise you will miss it. You can come back at any time after to pick it up if you forget so you can't permanently miss this one.

    Shotlocks
These are performed by using cn_R1 to slow time down (also used for airstepping) and targetting enemies. When you wish to attack press cn_X and Sora will perform a unique attack depending on what Keyblade he has equipped AND how many enemies are being targeted (this is important!).
The clincher is that every Keyblade has at least two attacks (two Keyblades have 3) and the process devours your focus meter everytime you use it (pressing cn_R1 alone doesn't take away your focus, only when you actually attack).
Just like the other requirements you need to hit an enemy with the ability for it to register. Shotlocks that need to be maxed out (have the most possible targets) will be noted with an asterisk (*) next to them but be careful with Hunny Spout and Shooting Star as you need to use changeform.
I did mine in post-game Battlegates (focus is refilled at the start and upon your return to the main world) but you can do it anywhere you fancy.
Kingdom Key - King of Hearts, Ragnarok*
Hero’s Origin - Drain Shock, Atomic Deluge*
Favorite Deputy - Ghost Horde, Drill Dive*
Ever After - Shimmering Drops, Spectral Rays*
Happy Gear - Snakebite, Warp Trick*
Crystal Snow - Diamond Dust, Frozen Crescents*
Wheel of Fate - Blade Storm, Flag Rampage*
Nano Gear - Cubic Stream, Zone Connector*
Grand Chef - Steam Spiral, Fruit Crusher*
Classic Tone - Phantom Rush, Noise Flux*
Starlight - Blades of the Round, Union Ragnarok*
    Ultima Weapon - Infinity Circle
Hunny Spout - Hunny Burst, Hunny Drizzle*, Sweet Surprise* (must be in formchange and target a single enemy with cn_R1)
Shooting Star - Meteor Shower, Cluster Cannonade*, Diving Barrage* (must be in formchange and target a single enemy with cn_R1)

The Missions are the 7 Flan challenges you've (hopefully) found during your return to previous worlds (they don't appear during your first visit).
All you need to do is get a score of any kind in each minigame to get credited, however if you want some other Trophies (not to mention the Ultima Keyblade) you'll need to get a relatively high score so this will come to you anyways.
Cherry Flan - Mount Olympus, Thebes Overlook fast travel
Strawberry Flan - Toy Story, Rest Area fast travel
Orange Flan - Corona, Forest/Hills fast travel
Banana Flan - Monstropolis, Factory/Basement fast travel; through the small white door, take the next right turn in the new area and you’ll see a wall with lots of colored doors hanging on it. Step through the yellow/brown door on the bottom left side (it has a red light above it)
Grape Flan - Arendelle, Mountain Ridge fast travel; look over the cliff on the far left edge and you should see it in the distance
Watermelon Flan - Pirates, Port Royal Fort fast travel
Honeydew Flan - San Fransokyo, South District Night; turn around and run up the building. You should see it on a rooftop

Finally, the 8 Minigames are the random games you played during your travels however you must complete them a second time after finishing the storyline for each world. Each of these minigames has a Trophy tied to it for getting a certain score so this one will come to you eventually if you're aiming for those Trophies and as such I won't be giving tips since the game tells you how to play each time you boot it up, even if you hit retry. Fair warning that the Arendelle minigame SUCKS and will require multiple runs if you're intent on getting the Ultima Keyblade.
Verum Rex: Beat of Lead – found in the Toy Box on 3rd floor in the video game store. Interact with the controller.
Festival Dance – found in Kingdom of Corona at the Thoroughfare. Follow the road through the market and find Mandy Mo....Rapunzel...in the back of the dancing square.
Frozen Slider – found in Arendelle, talk to Elsa at the Mountain Ridge fast travel point.
Flash Tracer A and B – both found in San Fransoyko. Go to Hiro's Garage fast travel and talk to Fred (the blue and orange monster) to start challenge A, which is a time trial, and talk to Go-Go will activate challenge B which is more combat-focused.
Tigger’s Vegetable Spree, Lumpy’s Fruit Parade, and Pooh’s Hunny Harvest - all found in The Hundred Acre Wood via Twilight Town (outside the Bistro, on the table beside Merlin).
All three games play the same way and are activated by interacting with the sign beside Rabbit's vegetable patch, the sign behind Rabbit's house next to Lumpy and Roo, and the sign next to Rabbit's flower garden, respectively.
