If you happen to have the infinite SMG from clearing Hardcore with an S rank, you can even skip picking up weapons entirely and run this trophy on Assisted; all the bosses go down in two-three magazines of the inf SMG, and you only need to do the main objectives while picking up heals along the way - not that you should need them since Assisted always keeps you in Caution.Without picking up weapons you can skip most of the side-packs too, although I did get the one in the main hall when starting the scenario. On Claire B you also get the signal modulator earlier in NEST, which saves you precious steps in not needing to go all the way upstairs after dropping down the greenhouse hatch to switch the power back on. I finished my run in 1hr 19m with 9572 steps.
