How to unlock the Unscathed Escape trophy

  This trophy is a lot easier than it sounds, but it can be a bit frustrating. The key here is to never choose "Continue" when you get a game over screen. Always choose to exit to the main menu.
  
  At the main menu, just reload your most recent saved game and try the section again. There are 10 save slots available, so I recommend that you use a new save slot each time you reach one of the couches.
  
  The trophy will unlock at the end of the game.

  When you achieve a Game Over, select not Continue, but do select Main Menu. Load your story progress and reattempt the section where your previous failure occurred. Save status always only when progress was made by flawless story play.
  
  You can use ten Save Game data files, indefinitely.
  
  When you succeeded with the task, and the story gets to End, this Trophy will be your reward.

  Does this mean in the final area where you are alone and climbing back into the castle, you cannot die at all?
  If I remember correctly, there are no save points or auto saves until the final battle.

  Yes, that would meant it. You will start at the place where you have saved status only. But that is not too difficult.
