The quickest and easiest way to unlock this trophy - without using save game exploits - is to create a new world using the seed 125. This will spawn you right on the edge of a bamboo forest. Simply punch down a bamboo pole to collect the bamboo, find a couple of nearby pandas and feed them the bamboo to make them breed. You will earn the trophy once the baby panda has spawned.
