This is an end-game item and potentially miss-able. Before initiating ______ sequence, plan on what to include in your time capsule. The rad thing about this element is that (in case you have not found any on the planet) you are leaving something for another player to find (in a random location).
Time capsule includes:
* 6 item slot (or combination if you include a large item like rubber fins or stasis rifle).
* 1 picture that you took throughout your game play (a lot of time capsules I've found had an image of their base and all vehicles).
* A message for the player.
The message is the coolest part!!! I've read amazing tips, funny experiences (pictures too), and a few one-liners with no value. RECOMMENDATION: Include the date in your message. Some notes I've read were a few years old and the time capsules are from multiple platforms (PC, PS4, XBox). Without a spoiler, give 1 piece of advice that helped YOU navigate the rough waters of the planet. Also, write in your message what items you are including. For someone who plays a lot and goes on time capsule hunts, I forget what people enclosed. Real life contact information should be used with caution and realize that people for years could potentially be contacting you as some YouTubers have expressed.
Finding Time Capsules doesn't pop the trophy, but keep an eye out for a small glowing blue rectangle on the sea bed when traveling around. Be aware that you have 6 slots open when opening a time capsule. In most cases they will pop in once you free up space, but the game can be "buggy" and hasn't always done that. I cannot validate this, but I've read that on the internet that some items enclosed in time capsules are removed depending on your progress and if you unlocked that type of item.
