For this trophy you have to craft all available items in your inventory, not building stuff from your Survival Guide.
Below is a list of all items and what materials are needed:

Tip: If you are looking for bones go to the ledge cave and go to the part where it comes out to the sinkhole. That area spawned 3 bones for me the first time, and 7 bones the second. - RapidFireXVI
Important Notes: This trophy is very buggy and it might pop before crafting everything. It's suggested to start from the top of the list and leave the Warmsuit to the end. For example I didn't need this and the Spear Bag. (I ended up needing to craft the spear bag for the trophy to pop for me - RapidFireXVI)
Another thing to mention: You don't need the Head Bomb. You might want to play in peaceful or creative as there are no enemies around. This means you can't pick up any Head which is used for the Head Bomb. For now (Patch 1.15 installed) the Head Bomb is not necessary for this trophy.
MAKE A SEPERATE SAVE OR UPLOAD YOUR SAVE TO THE CLOUD before start crafting and wasting any materials, just in case. If the trophy doesn't pop after you crafted all the items, reload your save and try again by using the tips below.

Try to craft every item in a single life (no game over)
If it happens that you already crafted any item which can be crafted only once and can't be taken out of your inventory do the following steps.
1. Deposit all materials which can be stored (Sticks, Rocks, hides)
2. Kill yourself
3. Don't pick up your body. Instead pick up all stored materials that are needed for the items you want to craft a second time (for example 2 Rabbit Fur for the Pouch)
4. Craft the items you're looking for
5. Pick up your inventory from your body and craft the rest
This way you can craft everything in a single life even if you had something (like the Pouch) before.
