DaRthPharmus91An EXTREMELY helpful tool I've been using during my quest to 100% is www.rdr2map.com. This site includes literally any collectible you could find and their locations on the map (includes legendary fish and animals, weapons, exotic flora, regular plants, gang hideout locations, all cigarette cards, and even loot locations and lots of other neat stuff). It's very helpful and useful for checking off items as you go. It's slightly overwhelming at first but as you tinker with it and begin to check things off you will see how useful it can be. What I did was look at the site's map and mark as many locations as it would let me on the in-game map, and then let my horse trot in the cinematic camera to each location while I busied myself with studies. I advise pulling up the videos for the rock carvings, dreamcatchers, and dinosaur bones and trying to go across the map in one sweep without having to double back so it won't take as long. That's just me though. *WARNING HERE* PowerPyx's youtube guides for the rock carvings, dinosaur bones, and dreamcatchers contain a spoiler I wish I hadn't found out.

For anyone struggling with the hunting requests I found a pretty decent Reddit post for all 5 of them:
https://www.reddit.com/r/reddeadredemption/comments/9vym21/s.... If you're new to RDR2 don't bother with those until you have the varmint rifle. My advice is 1: seek out the buck trinket to help get perfect pelts and 2: to simply look for birds and small animals as you go, unless you just like hunting for long hours that much. I personally wrote them all out on an excel spreadsheet so I could keep up with them regardless of what request I was on and checked them off as I went.

If you're new to the game once you get to chapter 3 you should come across a swampland called "the bayou." There are certain birds that fly here that you need to collect plumes from (spoonbills, herons, and egrets) - I tell you this so you won't be like me and mistakenly sell what you've collected of them early on. PowerPyx has a fantastic guide for the locations of them, as well as the exotic flora also required for this objective: http://www.powerpyx.com/red-dead-redemption-2-all-exotics-lo.... I used this alongside the map I posted above. Once you get to chapter 4 you will find a stranger mission that unlocks this challenge (being vague to avoid spoilers). Edit: PowerPyx's guide shows general locations and can be slightly vague with some of them. I used this YouTube video to locate them. He shows each location, exactly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXInPhUaiUY.

Some of the weapons expert challenges are tough, I found this YouTube guide to be helpful for them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tU0MqxA9hNI&t=29s. The same YouTuber has a guide for the sharpshooter challenges if you're stuck on any of those: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgKX2sUXXNE. For Herbalist 9 I used this site: https://levelskip.com/action-adventure/Red-Dead-Redemption-2.... For Gambler #8.. find yourself a movie or tv show to watch while occasionally glancing at the screen. You'll more than likely be there a while.

Side note to the challenges: your health, stamina, and dead eye won't max out until you do all 90 of the challenges and buy the appropriate reinforced gear at the trapper. Each set of 3 challenges completed/complete outfits bought will do something for either your health, stamina, or dead eye. You can see which equipment does what in the "reinforced equipment" menu at the bottom. Maxing these out is also required for 100%.
