    The game doesn't indicate which puzzles are which in the menu, so: JUBILATED is Puzzle 48 in the second row of Easy puzzles, three from the right. BYSTANDER is Puzzle 49. You don't have to complete all preceding puzzles to unlock this, just finish these two.
