    I got this one on Tundra Man's stage. Just keep using the Speed Gear on the snowflake bots falling from the sky.

    EDIT: Better yet, get this and the 80 destroyed enemies with Power Gear on Gear Fortress 2 during the early conveyor belt segment. Much faster this way and can get both in less than 5 minutes.
