This is earned for finding optional collectible #2. If missed on the first run, you can "Play Episodes" and select specific parts of the Episode in order to find the missing optional photos through collectibles mode. The following collectible is described and can be seen in the video below at 4:18:
Upon reaching the gas station, go inside and interact with the small display nearest the cashier. She will gift you a free bear keychain to unlock this.

Getting all 6 collectibles in this episode will also reward you with the following:

To unlock the "Bear Aware" trophy in Life is Strange 2, you must find collectible #2 in Episode 1. Actually, collectibles 2, 3 and 4 can be collected in any order as they are all in the same location.

After your first night out in the woods you will be approaching a gas station. Head inside and head to the counter. There will be some keyrings on the counter. Choose the option to show Daniel the keyrings. After the scene, the trophy will unlock.
