Complete Great Clock, Sector Four as Clank. This will unlock the Orvus Chamber, the controversial location that Dr. Nefarious has been struggling to get access to the entire game. The puzzles within Sector Four are difficult (not the most difficult, but not far behind). There shouldn't be anything that is too frustrating aside from those.
