    Complete Great Clock, Sector Three. This will introduce the Caretaker assignments where you have to restore temporal anomalies on the planets that were affected by the time ribbon (seen early in the game). Coupling that with more time puzzles and you should bank plenty of bolts by the time this Sector is over.
