In order to unlock the "A Bit of a Fixer Upper" trophy in Marvel's Spider-Man, you must finish every puzzle in Octavius' lab. The lab is available very early in the game (immediately after your first interactions with Octavius) but the full list of puzzles will not be unlocked until after the "Strong Connections" mission in Act 2.

You can skip all puzzles and still get the trophy -- just activate the option in the Settings > Accessibility menu (pause the game to access it) which says "Option to Skip Puzzles". Switch that to "ON" and then manually skip each puzzle in the lists with cn_R1. You still will need to wait until the full lists are unlocked before you can unlock the trophy.

FaustusPHD notes that it is possible to skip puzzles without toggling the above Setting, but you will not get the trophy if you do not change the Setting which allows for skipping puzzles. So make sure that you head into the Settings as described above.

Below are all of the solutions if you decide you want to finish them but get stuck on a particular one.

Spectrograph Puzzles (approach the microscope looking object in front of the screen, on the far left table in the lab):

    L37
    X23
    B62
    V13
    C06
    V77
    S12
    R80
    X09
    P12

Circuitry Puzzles (a table opposite the exit door has a datapad on it, access it to get to the puzzles):

    Actuator Precision
    Minimal Grip Force
    Spatial Mapping
    Balance Compensation
    Power Efficiency
    Microcable Calibration
    Machine Learning Subsystem
    Stage 1 Intercranial Interface
    Stage 2 Intercranial Interface
    Precision Targeting

If you have any trouble unlocking the trophy after completing both lists, re-open both puzzle lists and eventually the trophy should trigger.

kintarisYeah, I could understand skipping the main storyline ones maybe for people that don't want to engage in puzzles. But what's the point of putting in a skip option for already optional puzzles? smile thanks though!

MummyKassieThanks for the solution! It popped as soon as i did the last one on the pad on the table which despite playing for hours, completely missed haha!

TheNerdClubGood solution but it's pointless to add a video of you doing all of the puzzles since they can be skipped not trying to be rude you put effort into but i'm just saying.

kintarisYeah fair enough -- it's not actually my video as I gave credit to the original contributor above. I feel bad for that guy but I suspect he made it before people worked out you can skip it.

I put the individual screens in for people that wanted to give the puzzles an honest go but maybe got stuck on a particular one.

FaustusPHDGood solution. Thanks. I wanted to add that I completed the puzzles, having accidentally hit R1 to skip a puzzle without the setting enabled in Accessibility. After completing all 20, I did NOT get the trophy and it would not let me try and complete them again. When I saw your notation about the settings, I set the toggle to allow skipping puzzles and the trophy unlocked. So you can skip puzzles without the setting on, but you will not get the trophy. Make sure to change the setting if you skip any of them and you're good to go. Thanks again.

LaRiche531If you have to skip all of the puzzles in this game then just throw your PS4 in the trash and move on with your life. Cheat for trophies? That's really ridiculous and sad!
