In order to unlock the "Hug it Out" trophy in "Spider-Man", you need to use Trip Mines to web two enemies together, a total of ten times. Here's a text version for those who prefer it.
First, you need to unlock Trip Mines. This doesn't occur until later in the story -- without spoiling things, it's after the conclusion of Act 1. You'll get a tutorial on their use while sneaking into a hideout, in which you're told to attach Trip Mines to walls or objects in order to stealthily web up enemies as they patrol past.
This isn't the only way to use them. In order to get this trophy you need to deploy Trip Mines in open combat. If you simply throw a Trip Mine straight at an enemy with
, it'll stick to them like a Web Bomb. When it goes off it will stick that enemy to the nearest available surface. If you can manage to stick a Trip Mine onto someone while the nearest surface is another enemy, you'll knock them both out by slamming them together.
The best place to farm these, in my opinion, is during rooftop Crimes (or any story-based combat that's on an exposed roof). If you're on a tall roof there are going to be fewer walls and surfaces around to stick your enemy to instead of another enemy. Otherwise, you just need to circle around enemies until two are in a favourably close alignment and then fire off a Mine at one of them. Do this ten times and the trophy will unlock.
