  This takes place in the Anthropology Lab level. After you get pass the initial section, you'll see fireworks sitting on the ground while the hole has fire in it, so go swallow it up and quickly move over to the monitor with Trash King on it. The firework rocket should hit the monitor and blow it up. If you mess that up, it should pop out another firework rocket out so that you can try again.

  I just want to add that the Anthropology Lab is the room behind the blue door. So don't worry about the monitor in the room behind the red door aka Biology Lab.
  
  I didn't know this before so had tried to find ways of flinging animals at the monitor in the Biology Lab. lol
