  This is achieved in the second level, Potters Rock. In the fourth and final area suck up the scooter and for sale sign and any small objects around it and your hole becomes big enough to suck up the kiln (the thing with the fire).
  
  Your hole will then emitt hot air so place yourself under the hot air balloon and it will slowly start to break free of the tethers holding it in place. Once it does the trophy pops.
