    Easiest way to get this is by using the rocket turret in the vehicles from the Catch-a-Ride stations.
    After gaining the ability to spawn vehicles via the catch-a-ride (story related), simple spawn a vehicle with the rocket and kill every skag and bandit you see until the trophy pops.
