To unlock the Comeback City trophy in Madden NFL 19, you will need to win a game after trailing by 17 points at halftime.
The easiest way to do this is to play with two controllers. It is possible to do this by playing 2 minute quarters, but it's recommended you turn off clock acceleration.
During the first half, whenever controller one (the account unlocking the trophy) has the ball, concede a safety by allowing yourself to be tackled in the end zone. Punt the ball to your second controller (the account not unlocking the trophy), score a TD and convert the extra point to make the score 0-9. Repeat again but miss the extra point to make it 0-17. You can combine this trophy with the one below if with the time remaining in the half, you make two failed field goal attempts with your main controller.
