This trophy is fairly straight-forward however I felt it was worth mentioning one thing. While this does say "Used Every Single Character", it doesn't include Mu in the count towards this trophy. It's because of this that people can earn this without selecting Mu. Therefore it's safe to say this trophy is for using each of the characters available to you from the beginning.
