    During the Virtuous Mission, a cutscene will take place where you encounter Ocelot. At the end of it, once you regain control of Snake, Ocelot will be lying on the ground unconscious.

    Kill him to pop the trophy.

    Save beforehand if you're doing a no-kill run for the Peace Walker trophy.
