*While this is "flagged" as possibly story related, the real note is that... you could scrape by without having all 101 Power Cells early on. It would be in your best interest to avoid back-tracking at the end to get this for the final ending. I would advise doing this as soon as possible, as the Blue Eco vents help out, so the sooner the better, as Blue Eco aids in the collection process.
Level: Precursor Basin
There is an unfortunate soul in Rock Village who is down to his last few Precursor Orbs. He enlists your aid in winning a bet, asking you to complete a race in Precursor Basin. You will find it a little out of the way of the proper area, but thankfully there is nothing to distract you in terms of Precursor Orbs or Scout Flies; just drive from point A to point B, avoiding Dark Eco containers and Precursor Pistons. If you can, swing into a Blue Eco orb to speed up your Zoomer, though they aren't exactly necessary. I mistakenly entered the course and still managed to complete the course with a second to spare. If you have to stop for anything, you can kiss this race and trophy good-bye until another attempt is made.
*NOTE: When you come to the point where you drop down, immediately start turning the Zoomer around while in the air so you don't waste too much correcting your path.
