you will earn this by simply playing through the campaign. If you want to speed this up, you can play the same race 10 times in a row, but like the trophy says it has to be an Overdrive race. Also you don't have to win them, just simply play the until the end.
In Overdrive you get points for boosting and doing special stuff like destroying enemies and so on. First team which won the most rounds of getting 10.000 points wins the match.
