To unlock the "STAND YOUR GROUND" trophy in Detroit: Become Human, you must choose the "Stand Your Ground" and "Sacrifice" options during the chapter "FREEDOM MARCH".

Contrary to the other solution, you do not necessarily have to have taken the maintenance droid with you during "SPARE PARTS". There is one other option but it depends on your actions during The Stratford Tower. This alternative method will however void your ability to get another trophy if you haven't got it already:

NOTE: This requires you to bring the maintenance androids from the SPARE PARTS mission (raid on CyberLife warehouse). If you killed them to keep them quiet during that scene, or told them that they couldn't join you at Jericho, this trophy will not pop.

During the FREEDOM MARCH scene, Markus will be leading a peaceful march down the streets of the city. When the police come to break it up, keep choosing to stand your ground and march forward towards the police — androids in the crowd will be killed, but North, Josh, and Simon should not be (since they're necessary to the trophy for keeping everyone alive at the end of the game).

Finally, you'll be given the option to charge the police, run away, or sacrifice yourself. Choose to sacrifice yourself, and Markus will be shot. While he is downed, John, the maintenance android from the CyberLife warehouse, will sacrifice himself for Markus. Markus will be dragged away by the other Jericho leaders, and the trophy will pop during the flowchart.
