Just load up a game on easy difficulty with small size and immediately reveal the first square. With a bit of luck you will only need to reveal a few more squares to complete the puzzle. If you complete the level in under 10 seconds you will get the trophy.
In one case, the centre square revealed every square for me and I completed it in 1 second so this is a fairly easy trophy.
