  There are a total of 3 giant clothes sticking out of some structures near a destroyed stone bridge. The easiest way to get this is to PLAY OFFLINE and to skip the first section of the bridge. Release the second, and third and fourth sections. Now head back to the beginning of the bridge and you should see some small clothes nearby. Do a full charge 'chirp' (O) to have them fly around you and lift you up, then just float the rest of the way up.

  Following on from Leo_Ascendent's post, below is a video showing the process.
  
  To note, I found getting the height from the small cloth's ('fish') a little tricky - you don't want to use full chirps after the first one, you just need the shoal to keep boosting you up
