You can do this on level 1-5.
There are five cannons on this level, four of which are aiming at other cannons. The first cannon in this chain, and the one that you need to hit, is on the far left hand side of the arena. It's behind the red and white sail so is a little tricky to spot.
Hit that cannon and you should set off a chain reaction with all of the others. You'll need to do this before you've disrupted the level too much or you risk breaking the chain.
If the level gets too broken up you can always just pause and restart.
