In the prologue while playing as Vader you will eventually come to a bridge that a TIE fighter will crash into. Stop here and take notice of the Wookiees jumping on to the bridge. As long as you do not travel to far forward from this point those Wookiees will keep jumping into battle allowing you to push them off the bridge until your trophy pops.
