The 7th quest is rather short and sweet, I've oulined it below.

You can choose either eavesdrop or leave them alone for the main decision. Neither really advances much, but if you want some more background "Eavesdrop" gives you the opportunity to force some out of Paggiani.

GO DOWNSTAIRS, the set of stairs to your left as you face the tower room. Ask the servant about the sword.

Head to the garden.
PUZZLE
This relies on you knowing Greek myth or having enough skills and consumables to learn about it by investigating each statue.

For the purpose of the guide, only Minos, Asterion, Ariadne and Thesues matter. As these are the only statues that the sword can fit in to.
Minos was the King of Crete and the father of both Ariadne and The Creatian Bull (The Minotaur/Asterion), Ariadne, besotted with Theseus helped him find his way through the Labyrinth under Minos' palace, where 7 maidens and 7 men of age were sacrificed every year to please Minos and feed his son.
Theseus volunteered to be part of those sacrificed and went to Crete. Ariadne gave him a golden thread that Theseus used to pin against the wall to find his way back out from the centre of the Labyrinth. Theseus managed to slay the Creatian Bull and return to the surface, where Ariadne greeted him. Minos refused to let his daughter marry and Theseus took her back home with him in the middle of the night. Angered Minos went to retrieve her, cutting a long story short. Ariadne was forced to slay Minos.
