All 'arm gear' is found under the 'equip gear' tab in the menu. Most arm gear can be purchased from vendors as you progress through the game, but the best gear will only be dropped by high level enemies late in the game.
It is essential to note that you cannot hold one of each item as you collect armor, as the menu will only hold so much, forcing you to sell or discard the majority of old armor as you progress. Don't worry; as long as the item has been in your inventory, it will count toward the trophy.
I found the easiest way to keep track of what I had collected was to make a simple list, and mark each item off as I got it. The following is a list of each item and where it can be purchased:

    Wristband (Pandora)
    Elbow Pad (Kippo Village)
    Power Wrist (Dwarf Village)
Cobra Bracelet (Pandora after battle with Wall Face)
    Wolf's Band (Matango)
    Silver Band (Kakkara)
    Golem Ring (Empire Southtown)
    Frosty Ring (Empire Northtown)
    Ivy Amulet (Mandala)
    Gold Bracelet (Tasnica)
    Shield Ring (Gold Isle)
    Lazuri Ring (Gold Isle)
    Gauntlet (Great Palace)
The following items only drop from enemies, and must be farmed:
Guardian Ring (Doom Sword, Mana Palace)
Ninja Gloves (Dark Stalker, Great Palace)
Dragon Coil (Ice Bandit, Pure Land)
Watcher Ring (Eggplant Man, Pure Land)
    Imp's Ring (Ghost, Pure Land)
    Amulet Ring (Tsunami, Mana Fortress)
Faerie's Ring (Wolf Lord, Mana Fortress)

(Note that the Pure Land is inaccessible after you've witnessed the major cutscene at the tree, so make sure you farm all the site specific enemies first.)
    Showing both comments.
FalensaranaNote that the Eggplant Man can still be found in the Mana Fortress if you miss it in Pure Land however they only appear if a shapeshifter transforms into one so it’s more advisable to get in the Pure Land. Doom Sword and Dark Stalker also appear in the Mana Fortress so you don’t necessarily need to farm these here.

TheBig-BBI was able to get the watcher ring from the eggplant man in the mana fortress. Another guide led me astray by only focusing on missable drops, and not making much out of the fact that this enemy only spawns randomly from shape shifters in the mana fortress. So, the strategy here is to set your party members to only assist you, so they won't attack anything unless you hit it. Either of the second rooms past the first boss of the mana fortress has shape shifters, and there's another good spot a few rooms before the final boss. What you want to do is make sure you're far enough away from the shape shifter that it's not trying to back away, and just try not to kill them. Defeat any enemies that come out of them as soon as possible. It seems like it's about a 1 in 6 chance to spawn an eggplant man. I was able to get about one eggplant man to show up every minute or so once I got going. It's definitely enough that it's feasible to farm it, even if not ideal.
