In order to unlock the "Glory to Arstotzka" trophy, you must survive and keep your job all the way through to the end of the game, and you must not be found guilty of assisting the EZIC rebels.

Firstly, you need to make sure you survive the game without going bankrupt. I'd suggest switching on Easy Mode in the Settings. I don't think this has a huge gameplay advantage but it gets you an automatic $20 bonus every day, which is just about enough to get you through most days even if you have some citations. Also detain everyone you possibly can to get some bonuses from your bribe-happy border guard friend.

It's perfectly possible to get through the game on Easy mode, keep everyone healthy (including your optional adopted niece) and work up to a Class-5 apartment.

You cannot avoid assisting EZIC on days 8 to 10, their first appearance. They will ask you to pass a note to "Corman Drex". It's possible to not pass the note to him when he appears on Day 8 but he will not budge on Day 9 until you give him the message, at which point you get an EZIC cipher. This is the only EZIC task you are forced to complete.

On Day 12, interrogator M Vonel shows up and instructs you to let him know if you see EZIC's sign or have any dealings with them. While it might seem like you are duty-bound to tell him, you should keep quiet and not give him EZIC's cipher. Otherwise your career will end prematurely, though you will get:

Here are the things you must not do in order to survive your career with no suspicion of EZIC involvement:

    - Go bankrupt
    - Hang any gifts or trinkets on the back wall of the booth (eventually the supervisor will sack you if you do)
    - Allow Mikhail Saratov in to the country on Day 11 (December 3rd) at EZIC's request
    - Allow Stepheni Graire in to the country on Day 14 (December 6th) at EZIC's request
    - Allow Marie Escalli in to the country on Day Day 17 (December 9th) at EZIC's request
    - Poison Khaled Istom (or anyone else for that matter) on Day 20 (December 12th)
    - Kill the red man (or anyone other than terrorists) on Day 23 (December 15th)
    - Detain or deny entry to Shae Piersovska on Day 25 (December 17th)
    - Escape to Obristan
    - Allow the terrorists to blow up the border wall on Day 31 (December 23rd)

As long as you generally do a good job and avoid all of the above actions, you should pass M Vonel's final interrogation at the end of the game (Day 32) and unlock the trophy during the final slides.
