This trophy is best done on Oasis, however you have to be playing the big team Rush or Conquest as helicopters do not spawn in Squad Rush or Squad Deathmatch.
Make sure you have one person on the other team to get the helicopter fly over to the other side of the enemy base where you can find a stationary RPG where you spawn, just get on it and fire at the helicopter. Once its destroyed you will unlock the trophy.
