This trophy spans the majority of the game, mainly Chapter I, III, and VI. You have to return specific items to where you found them once you no longer need them. They are:
Chapter I: The screwdriver. After you use the "specific" screwdriver to loosen the Conroy plate on the cable car, do the nice thing and return it back to Molly.
Chapter III: The syringe. Since you've loaded the juice box for the terrified passenger to get him thrown off the next cable car, return back to the lower deck and put the syringe back in the medical box.
Chapter VI: The stapler. Once you've stapled the Conroy banner to the guards' spears, you have no further use for it and can return it back to the tent you found it.
Due to the nature of this trophy spanning practically across the entire game, be careful and watch out for these specifically. Failure to return even one item early on will require a separate playthrough.
