This secret trophy is for unlocking the Low Angle event in Wishuel. While in town, there is a random side event that pops up with Neptune. Once activated, Neptune tests a new camera angle option, which shows some fan service much to the dismay of those involved. This will pop once the angle changes.
This event showed up for me shortly after the CPU candidates join early in the game.
