You can simply start one of the nemesis missions: "Draw out OrcName by killing his followers" and encounter the orc to trigger their dialogue, then run away until you leave the mission area which will cause you to abandon mission. Go back to same mission marker close by to restart mission. Do 3 times and the trophy unlocks.
