Most people think this will unlock through normal gameplay but unfortunately this is not likely. Many ailments are difficult to inflict as you are trying to prevent them most of the game and higher level characters have higher resistances. It is important to pay attention when going for this trophy and not to have the ailment preventing ability equipped for the ailment you are going for (trust me this is easy to do). I also recommend removing all equipment from the character you are trying to get this on to lower their resistances.

To obtain this trophy you must be affected by all status ailments both beneficial and detrimental. Fortunately they don't all need to be inflicted at the same time.
This trophy can be somewhat frustrating because most of the time status ailments will miss your characters. Just keep trying and eventually the ailment will stick.

Also it is worth noting that some people have reported that the trophy description is wrong and that all status ailments only have to be inflicted on a character in your party rather than all on one individual. However this has not been confirmed and for that reason I still recommend attempting it on one character.

The list of status ailments you must inflict, along with the easiest way to inflict them, are as follows:

Slow: Vivi's Slow spell

Sleep: Vivi's Sleep spell

Stop: Vivi's Stop spell

Poison: Vivi's Poison spell

Petrify: Vivi's Break spell

Trouble: Zidane's Annoy skill

Venom: Whale Zombie's Venom Breath attack (any beach on the overworld during Disc 4)

Zombie: Whale Zombie's Zombie Powder attack (any beach on the overworld during Disc 4)

Virus: Chimera's Virus Crunch attack (Memoria - Disc 4)

Doom: Ash's Doom spell (Memoria - Disc 4)

Heat: Soulcage's Mustard Bomb (Iifa tree - Disc 2), Drakan's Mustard Bomb (Desert Palace - Disc 3), Maliris' Mustard Bomb (Memoria and Crystal World - Disc 4), Tiamat's Jet Fire (Memoria and Crystal World - Disc 4)

Freeze: Attack with Steiner's Ice Brand with Add Status ability equipped

Gradual Petrify: Basilisk's Gradual Petrify attack (Burmecia)
Berserk: Dagger's Berserk spell

Confuse: Dagger's Confuse spell

Darkness: Dagger's Blind spell

Silence: Dagger or Eiko's Silence spell

Mini: Dagger or Eiko's Mini spell

Protect: Dagger or Eiko's Protect spell

Shell: Dagger or Eiko's Shell spell

Float: Dagger or Eiko's Float spell

Reflect: Dagger or Eiko's Reflect spell

Haste: Eiko's Haste spell

Regen: Eiko's Regen spell

Vanish: Quina's Vanish spell (learned from Vice located outside of Lindblum's Dragon Gate exit or from Hornet located in Gizamaluke's Grotto)

Auto-Life: Quina's Auto-Life spell (learned from Carrion Worm located in Cleyra's Trunk or from Gimme Cat located outside of Daguerreo)
