    Mission 4 - The Stolen Archive

    Through the end of the mission, you will need to go up to the top floor of the Royal Conservatory, where the Curator's Office is located. You shall see an Oracular Sister telling Brother Cardoza that Sister Rosewyn is waiting for him. Wait for the Oracular Sister to leave and use semblance on Brother Cardoza. Then go to the marker where Sister Rosewyn is located and get the silvergraph she hands you.
