There are several ending trophies most overlap at certain points.

The easiest one is the Mr House storyline, basically screwing everyone over.
Fallout: New VegasThe House Always WinsThe The House Always Wins trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 63 pointsCompleted The House Always Wins.

Fallout: New VegasAll or NothingThe All or Nothing trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 32 pointsCompleted All or Nothing.

This is the best scenario for
Fallout: New VegasHardcoreThe Hardcore trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 209 pointsPlayed the game from start to finish in Hardcore Mode.

Next you get the ending following the legion and destroying the NCR encampment at Hoover Dam.
Fallout: New VegasArizona KillerThe Arizona Killer trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 34 pointsCompleted Arizona Killer.

It's important to know that during this quest an Legion target for the Gun Runners Arsenal DLC Pro challenge only spawns at the camp outside of Hoover Dam.

Fallout: New VegasRender Unto CaesarThe Render Unto Caesar trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 67 pointsCompleted Render Unto Caesar.

Fallout: New VegasVeni, Vidi, ViciThe Veni, Vidi, Vici trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 34 pointsCompleted Veni, Vidi, Vici.

The NCR storyline is probably the best one to finish on as the beneifts are greater than siding with the others. Unless you plan on doing the 15 NCR kills for Gun Runners Arsenal.
Fallout: New VegasFor the RepublicThe For the Republic trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 62 pointsCompleted For the Republic.

Fallout: New VegasEureka! The Eureka! trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 31 pointsCompleted Eureka!

    Finally, the Wild Card ending.
Fallout: New VegasWild CardThe Wild Card trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 52 pointsCompleted Wild Card.

Fallout: New VegasNo Gods, No MastersThe No Gods, No Masters trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 27 pointsCompleted No Gods, No Masters.

It's important to make a hard save before comitting to a single storyline and before you fail another.

Fallout: New VegasRing-a-Ding-DingThe Ring-a-Ding-Ding trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 39 pointsCompleted Ring-a-Ding-Ding.

The above trophy is a good place to save to split between Wild Card and Mr House. As these two are closely intertwined upto

You can save for the other two much later, after dealing with the above situation.

    Side Quests
Fallout: New VegasCome Fly With MeThe Come Fly With Me trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 19 pointsCompleted Come Fly With Me.

Can be done really early on along with
Fallout: New VegasThat Lucky Old SunThe That Lucky Old Sun trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 21 pointsCompleted That Lucky Old Sun.

Fallout: New VegasYou'll Know It When It HappensThe You'll Know It When It Happens trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 27 pointsCompleted You'll Know It When It Happens.

Although, You'll know when it happens is technically a side quest, it also is the sister quest to the Legion quest "Arizona Killer", it'll spawn under the conditions for NCR, Mr House or Wild Card. Each time with a different set of reasons for being there.

Fallout: New VegasG.I. BluesThe G.I. Blues trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 21 pointsCompleted G.I. Blues.

GI Blues is the perfect opportunity to start collecting those companions (although Ed-E in Primm is closer, but Rex's storyarc is a little easier.
Fallout: New VegasOl' Buddy Ol' PalThe Ol' Buddy Ol' Pal trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 18 pointsRecruited a companion.

This will net you two trophies, you can also use Boone from Novac as your first one. But if you want two in one go for it. All three are needed for

Fallout: New VegasThe Whole Gang's HereThe The Whole Gang's Here trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 61 pointsRecruited all companions.

    anyway.

    Scoundrel
The most annoying is the usual (standard) trophy i n Bethesda Fallout games
Fallout: New VegasHack the MojaveThe Hack the Mojave trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 30 pointsHacked 25 terminals.

Having 100 Science skill really helps, for example, REPCOMM offices have 8 terminals alone, if you're fully maxed out.
Some areas, such as Vault 3, have 5. So, giving yourself a good chance by having a high science skill helps.

Unlike terminals, locks aren't as hard to find, pickable doors are everywhere in game and there's tons of safes everywhere (be careful not to pick ones locked by a terminal though), 75 is high enough to get you to hard level locks.
Fallout: New VegasNo Tumbler FumblerThe No Tumbler Fumbler trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 21 pointsPicked 25 locks.

Pockets are also back as a trophy. A high stealth rating helps, but stealthboys on top of that is even better.
Fallout: New VegasArtful PocketerThe Artful Pocketer trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 40 pointsPicked 50 pockets.

    1 in 1,000,000
Casink games are obviously going to be a big part of a Vegas based Fallout game.

Wearing high luck items of clothing like sexy pyjamas and having a high level of luck in S.P.E.C.I.A.L, helps to get a lot of wins and ultimate get banned from all the major casinos for being too "lucky".

Fallout: New VegasOne Armed BanditThe One Armed Bandit trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 23 pointsPlayed 10 spins of Slots.

Fallout: New VegasLittle WheelThe Little Wheel trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 25 pointsPlayed 10 spins of Roulette.

Fallout: New VegasDouble DownThe Double Down trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 22 pointsPlayed 10 hands of Blackjack.

Fallout: New VegasThe Courier Who Broke the BankThe The Courier Who Broke the Bank trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 68 pointsGot banned from all the Strip's casinos.

Also within the gambling theme is a game called Caravan played by Merchants, travellers, NPCs and, you guessed it, Caravan guards. It's a pain in the bum to get used to, so I'd advise saving after every win. Buy as many cards from merchants you come across as you can also, this helps maximise your ability to win.
Fallout: New VegasKnow When to Fold ThemThe Know When to Fold Them trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 31 pointsWon 3 games of Caravan.

Fallout: New VegasCaravan MasterThe Caravan Master trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 76 pointsWon 30 games of Caravan.

    Sword, Guns and fisting
With the Gun Runners DLC, all the damage trophiea are easily done, as the shop is always there to sell unique weapons that will deal more damage.

Love and Hate were my fists of choice for
Fallout: New VegasOld-Tyme BrawlerThe Old-Tyme Brawler trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 31 pointsCaused 10,000 damage with Unarmed weapons.

Annabelle, grenades, dynamite and tin grenades for
Fallout: New VegasLove the BombThe Love the Bomb trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 32 pointsCaused 10,000 damage with Explosives.

Ghenna, machettes and Pool cues every now and then for
Fallout: New VegasNew Vegas SamuraiThe New Vegas Samurai trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 29 pointsCaused 10,000 damage with Melee Weapons.

Guns and energy weapons are everywhere, so I won't mention spefics but Magnums and the gun Pew Pew from "Legend of the Star" side quest work really well.
Fallout: New VegasBlast MasteryThe Blast Mastery trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 25 pointsCaused 10,000 damage with Energy Weapons.

Fallout: New VegasLead DealerThe Lead Dealer trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 20 pointsCaused 10,000 damage with Guns.

    Skill Based
A high level of repair and buying and using reapir kits will net you
Fallout: New VegasJury RiggerThe Jury Rigger trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 19 pointsRepaired 30 items.

Having an NPC repair them, does not count.

High speech will get you another trophy. I recommend about 65-70 in it, it can save your bacon alot if nothing else.
Fallout: New VegasOutstanding OratorThe Outstanding Orator trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 22 pointsMade 50 Speech challenges.

This skill and a magazine 'salesman monthly' found around the wasteland can also help dramatically towards
Fallout: New VegasYou Run Barter TownThe You Run Barter Town trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 20 pointsSold 10,000 caps worth of goods.

High speech, also opens up certain skills that can be used to up the buying and lower selling prices at vendors also.

A high survival skill will not only allow you to make better quality food items, but will heal more for the trophy
Fallout: New VegasDesert SurvivalistThe Desert Survivalist trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 38 pointsHealed 10,000 points of damage with food.

And Medicene will have the same effect for
Fallout: New VegasStim-ply AmazingThe Stim-ply Amazing trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 28 pointsHealed 10,000 points of damage with Stimpaks.

If you really want to, you can unlock the skill "explorer" to gain
Fallout: New VegasWalker of the MojaveThe Walker of the Mojave trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 20 pointsDiscovered 50 locations.

    and
Fallout: New VegasMaster of the MojaveThe Master of the Mojave trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 53 pointsDiscovered 125 locations.

but really a high level of perception and items that boost it, aid items that boost it when ingested, work just as well.

    (dis)honourable mention
Fallout: New VegasThe Legend of the StarThe The Legend of the Star trophy in Fallout: New Vegas worth 33 pointsCompleted The Legend of the Star.

Is the most annoying trophy on the list and it is well worth making this an early trophy to gain.
Most of the locations are quite good, however,if attempting at low level, avoid any locations on the list mention in the trophy solution that are near bodies lf water. Lakelurks are lethal even for Couriers over level 30 at times.
This is where Pew Pew comes from, which is easily the best energy pistol in the game.
