Chopper's Create Remedy skill is his Level 1 Special Skill, using one bar of his SP. It creates a quick medicine, that'll heal himself. Just perform this move 50 times for the trophy.
If you want a quick way to earn it, then you can just go to Alabasta, find a well or spring, and just drink from it to max your SP, use the skill twice, then rinse and repeat.
