You will first come across a beer in the level "Duke cave", you'll first go through the gym and have to go through a vent to progress in the level, as you exit the vent there'll be a beer on the floor, drinking it will pop the trophy, but don't drink the beer just yet.
Instead, progress further into the level until you come to the point where you have to put the 3 energy cells into the canister things to get the power/AI back on, do this and once all 3 are put in and done, you'll be given a bottle of steroids by the AI, once you get them, drink the beer and use the steroids (any order, doesn't matter) to pop yourself the following:
