A much easier way to do this than replaying mission 8 or 9 is to do an Encounter Select for chapter 3. Take out all 8 in stealth, then wait for the encounter to end, and go to Chapter Select, and choose chapter 4. Immediately go up the waterfall to the Trident Fort, where there are 10+ enemies and lots of grass.

You can lose stealth as long as you get back in it before killing again.

The following will reset your streak:

- Dying
- Reloading a checkpoint (reloading a save should be fine)
- Starting a new encounter from Encounter Select
- Killing with any weapon (not sure about the car, but there's nobody to hit on the way to the fort)

Some of the sniper perches in the Trident Fort are high enough to kill if you jump off, so I recommend a manual save at the start of the fort.

It seems to be important that you do Encounter Select, complete it, then Chapter Select. Two of the same in a row won't work, and it only seems to save progress at the end of an encounter or chapter.

I did get caught twice in the fort on my winning run, went back into stealth, and it kept my streak. That's impossible on the train, and very difficult, but doable in the chapter 8 helicopter encounter.
