Settled in the far southeast tip of Hearthwind Vale is the village of Bobbintoff, while outside of that is a small farm where the fashionable scarecrow hangs out. He'll ask you to help him change his attire to match the seasons, thus this quest will take a while to complete (as you need to visit him all four seasons and give him the set-up he requests).

- Sunglasses, Sailor Top, Sailor Pants
While the Sunglasses, Sailor Top, and Sailor Pants can be bought, it would do you better to be frugal. You can obtain the sailor attire from completing the sailor quest in the Grasslands (by finding the other three sailors that you sailed to Gemea with). As for Sunglasses, they can be bought from Bobbintoff (all three could, honestly). Whichever you plan on doing, make sure you at least hold on to the Sunglasses, as there is a Sprite near the end of the game (in Radiant Sands) that will request 3 of them).

- Long-brimmed Hat, Floral Skirt, Light Blouse

- Floppy Beanie, Cardigan, Long Trousers

- Earmuffs, Fur Coat, Winter Layers

All of the items can, for the most part, be bought from Bobbintoff in some way, but the real issue with this quest lies in having to return during each of the seasons to change the attire out. Once you've successfully satisfied all four seasons, he will finish the quest for you.
