  There are a total of 9 Boss/Pseudo battles that require an IA interaction to unlock a Secret Factor for this trophy. These battles are as follows:
  
  -Nine Tails' Attack: Third Hokage vs Nine-Tails, Minato vs Masked Man.
  -Hero and Avenger: Naruto vs Sasuke
  -Overcoming Hatred: Naruto vs Nine-Tails
  -Threat of the Seven Swordsman: Kakashi vs Zabuza
  -Time to Fly: Choji vs Asuma
  -The Rumbling Coast: Choji vs Gedo Statue
  -Two Suns: Killer Bee vs Raikage
  -Bet the Future: 5 Kage vs Madara Uchiha
  -The Last Battle: Kyuubi Naruto vs Jinchuriki (Tailed Beasts) & Tobi
  
  If you managed to fill enough stars for a Secret Factor, for each of these battles the final Secret Factor is earned!

  Secret Factors are extra skits at the end of the boss fights in which you experience Quick Time Events. Each of these battles will show you the Star Requirement upon the start of the first interactive scene, giving you an idea of how many stars you must earn.
  
  Some commands only give you a maximum of 2 stars, some have a maximum of 4. In order to earn 4 stars you must either perform the action quickly or efficiently. By "efficiently" I mean there are certain portions of a skit where you have to press a button rapidly. For these, you usually have to fill the meter in order to obtain all 4 stars. If you mess commands up, you simply have to retry them at the cost of your health bar. That said, you could mess up actions if you aren't too concerned with your S rank and simply go for the secret factor though there are few fights where this should be necessary.
  
  As with the S ranks, if you miss any of them in the boss battles you can simply replay the missions by pressing start and going to the Ninja World Timeline in order to replay the boss battle.
