Death Routes are platforms that appear in certain levels when you don't die from the beginning of the level to where the Death Route starts, typically about a third or halfway through the level.
The three levels in Warped with Death Routes are:
High Time
Tomb Wader
Flaming Passion
Make it to one of these platforms to earn the trophy.
