This is very easy to get. On the main menu, go to Racebox and set:

    Game Mode: WipEout HD
    Race Type: Zone Battle
    AI Difficulty: Novice
    Number of Players: 1
    Zone Target: 25

I used the first track it had selected called Vineta K, although any track will work. I used the Feisar ship.

The way this mode works is, your score slowly counts up, but you can increase it by using Boost. The Boost tracks at the bottom left of the screen and you should aim for 8.0 Boost before using it, until you have less than 8.0 to hit 25, at which point, just get enough and boost for the win.

Your boost increases as you hit the boost pads. So aim for all the boost pads you can and once it reaches 8.0, hit cn_S to boost. This will add 8.0 to your score, and after a few times collecting boost pads and boosting your score, you should win.

The key part is, you can't press cn_O at any point or you will absorb and void this trophy.

The game spawns some walls in, so do your best to avoid these. Although around half way through I smashed into a wall, got a cinematic as if I had destroyed my ship and then I respawned and continued, so don't worry if you do hit one.

Go to Racebox -> Zone Battle. Set the AI to novice and minimum win target to 25. Complete the event without absorbing. You can boost but never absorb or the trophy will be void. The AI poses no threat at novice difficulty.
