    Not exactly sure how to get this but it popped for me by getting a terminal crash on joyride multiplayer, specifically a RallyCross race.

    EDIT: Appears to be only obtainable on Mondays.

    strangerGOLWorks also in singleplayer Joyride. Crash into a wall a few times and you're done. And yeah, you have to playing on a Monday.
