In order to pick up an object, you must get near it for golden butterflies to start collecting above it, then press
. To throw, you must hold
for a few seconds. However, normally throwing an object will not net you this trophy. Stand on the top of a cliff or hill, where there is plenty of empty space before and below you, and then throw the object. If it manages to stay in the air several seconds and gain quite some distance between you and it, the trophy should pop soon thereafter. The earliest you may be able to obtain this is during the first chapter with the oranges. When you need to use an orange to lure the large boar away, you may also pick up an orange and go in the opposite direction (near the fox statue that was simply by itself, the easiest of the four). There is a cliff facing the water here. If you throw the orange towards the ocean, despite it breaking apart upon touching the water's surface, it will count for the trophy's requirements.
