Requires "Scoring" to be set to "on".
In a multiplayer game, your opponent first has to be 1000 points ahead of you. You then have to catch up, surpass the score and win the game.
This cannot be done in a 28 piece game, as there aren't enough points on the board to score. Select a 60 piece game instead. Let Player Two place pieces until his score reaches 1000 points, then switch over to Player One, place all available tiles and surpass Player Two's score. Let Player Two discard his tiles if necessary to get those points as well (which should unlock the Another's Treasure trophy as well if you haven't already unlocked it).
