This will set you up with one chicken already. You can either buy another egg and incubate that while waiting for the current one to mature enough to lay eggs, or you can simply wait it out. Either way, to get the trophy, all you need is for six chickens to be on your farm. If you incubate them, the trophy will pop as soon as you enter the name screen for the sixth hatchling.
