    To unlock the Shall Not Pass trophy in The Surge, you will need to progress through the story until you reach the CREO Executive Forum.

    After you leave the boardroom following the story progression, you will make your way to the Nucleus elevator. Guarding the elevator you will encounter a Bloodhound and a guard that is carrying an MG Judge. Defeat the guard and the trophy will unlock.
